Getting Started

How do I submit a receipt?

Simply forward or send your receipt to your dedicated email address (shown in your dashboard). We accept images (JPG, PNG) and PDFs. Our system will automatically extract the vendor, amount, date, and category.

What file formats do you accept?

We accept JPG, PNG, and PDF files. For best results, ensure receipts are clearly visible and not blurry. You can attach multiple receipts to a single email.

How do I add team members?

Go to the Team section in your admin dashboard and click 'Invite Employee'. Enter their email address and they'll receive an invitation to join your company.

Receipt Processing

How long does processing take?

Most receipts are processed within a few minutes. Complex or unclear receipts may take slightly longer. You'll see the receipt in your dashboard once processing is complete.

What if the OCR makes a mistake?

You can manually edit any receipt details from the receipt detail page. Click on the receipt and update the vendor, amount, date, or category as needed.

What categories are supported?

We automatically categorize receipts into common business expense categories: Travel, Meals, Office Supplies, Software, Equipment, and more. You can change the category if needed.

Monthly Bundles

When do I receive my monthly bundle?

Monthly bundles are generated on the 1st of each month and contain all receipts from the previous month. You'll receive an email notification when your bundle is ready.

What's included in a bundle?

Each bundle includes: all receipt images organized by date, a CSV file with expense data ready for import into accounting software, and a summary report with category breakdowns.

Can I export data anytime?

Yes! While monthly bundles are automatic, you can export your receipt data at any time from the admin dashboard. Filter by date range, employee, or category.

Team Management

What's the difference between admin and employee roles?

Admins can view all company receipts, manage team members, access billing, and configure settings. Employees can only submit receipts and view their own submissions.

Can employees see each other's receipts?

No. Employees can only see their own receipts. Only admins have access to view all company receipts and generate reports.

How do I remove a team member?

Go to the Team section, find the employee, and click the remove option. Their receipts will remain in your system for record-keeping.

Billing

How does the free trial work?

All plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to features. No credit card required to start. You can upgrade or cancel anytime during the trial.

Can I change my plan?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing section. Changes take effect on your next billing date.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Security & Privacy

Where is my data stored?

All data is stored in secure European data centers. We're fully GDPR compliant and follow industry best practices for data protection.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can request complete deletion of your account and all associated data. Contact us at privacy@receiptbundler.com to initiate this process.

Is my receipt data encrypted?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest. Your receipt images and data are protected with industry-standard encryption.
